Biography
Brenna is a public health nurse and Extension Educator at the University of Minnesota's Water Resources Center, where she focuses on developing education and outreach programs for private well owners and local government staff. Before joining the University of Minnesota, Brenna worked as a public health nurse with Dakota County, initially providing outreach and health education as a Family Home Visiting Nurse and later coordinating the integration of research and best practices into public health programs as a Family Health Program Coordinator. Brenna holds master’s degrees in public health from the University of Michigan and nursing from the University of Minnesota, along with a bachelor’s degree in human development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She aims to collaborate with others to integrate public health, health education, and water quality initiatives to create a lasting impact on the health of Minnesotans and the environment.
