Biography
Blake Lea comes to the OSTP after working as the Land Use Director for Fillmore County and working as a private sector septic inspector and wetland delineator for nearly a decade. Blake started working in the SSTS industry after graduating from Missouri State University with a M.S. Degree in Environmental Geology.
