The Minnesota Water Resources Conference
presents innovative, practical, and applied water resource engineering solutions, management techniques, and current research about Minnesota’s water resources
Abstracts are due by Friday, May 10, 2013,
and must be submitted electronically. Clearly describe the work in 100-150 words,
include a descriptive title, and list all authors and their affiliations. Abstracts received by May 10 will be reviewed and the submitter will be notified in June if the abstract is accepted. Abstracts must include the following:
Abstracts without project results will not be considered.
*NOTE: all accepted concurrent session and poster presenters and co-presenters are required to register and pay registration fees in order to present at the conference.*Nominations for Dave Ford Water Resources Award
- Objectives and results of the research, policy, or project.
- Engineering approaches or techniques of project implementation.
- Brief summary of methodologies used in the study or project.
- Results of the project (project completed or expected completion date).
Nominations for the Dave Ford Water Resources Award are requested at this time. Dave Ford served as a hydrologist with the Minnesota DNR. This award honors individuals like Dave, who in their careers have made significant contributions to water resources in the State of Minnesota. including a biographical sketch of the individual and a justification for why the individual should receive the award.
