Faye Sleeper
Faye Sleeper manages the WRC research related to social aspects of water management, and the outreach and extension activities, including the
Onsite Sewage Treatment Program. She serves as the State Water Quality Coordinator of the USDA Cooperative Research, Education and Extension Service. Sleeper represents the University of Minnesota extension on the Board of Soil and Water Resources and serves on the Civic Engagement work group of the Clean Water Council.
Sleeper has an M.A. in Geography from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Sociology and History from Grinnell College. She previously work on wastewater treatment issues, nonpoint source programs and lead the developing impaired waters program at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
