DescriptionThis hands-on class is intended for technical service providers. It introduces the RUSLE2 soil loss model, how it works and the data necessary to run the program. The class also provides an overview of the soil erosion process so that participants will have a better understanding of what the program is modeling. Information will also be provided about other outputs from this program, including the Soil Conditioning Index and the Energy Estimator, and how these tools can be used in the conservation planning process.
