Workshop Description

This four hour workshop is designed so realtors can discuss realistic expectations with prospective property buyers when it comes to lake and land uses. This workshop will cover how lakes differ and their ecological balance, ordinance jurisdiction, the new Alternative Shoreland Recommendations, rules on docks, and economic advantages of lake stewardship.
