Waterville Shoreland Best Practices Workshops

  • There are no scholarships available for this workshop

Workshop Content:

  • June 17 will cover best management practices for shoreland owners, basics of lakes and watersheds, regional water quality.
  • July 1 will focus on shoreland vegetation, the value of aquatic plants, restoring shorelines, and invasive species.
  • July 22 workshop will address wastewater treatment, including the proper operation and maintenance of onsite septic systems, community systems, local permitting and regulations.
