Dan Wheeler
Dan Wheeler is a Research Fellow in Pedology at the University of Minnesota. His time is split between the Water Resources Center and the Dept. Soil, Water & Climate. He works on many soils research projects including integrating the use of GIS and allied technologies into soil surveys. His research focus is interpreting landscape-scale hydrology and soil morphology to assess environmental issues such as water quality, wetlands, and soil erosion. Dan is involved in several outreach activities including conducting soils training workshops for the Onsite Sewage Treatment Program (OSTP). Dan has a M. S. degree in Soil Science from the University of Minnesota - T. C. and a B. S. in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota - T. C. | |||
