Dave Gustafson is a member of the Onsite Sewage Treatment Program (OSTP) Team. He has been a trainer in the nationally recognized Minnesota Licensing program for 14 years. He has explained septic system operation and performance to over 10,000 people from over 30 states and is involved in all of the training classes from Soils to New Technology.

He is a registered civil engineer and regularly designs, troubleshoots and gets his hands dirty in the Onsite field. His approach to training is hands on and practical. Gustafson also works at the National level with development and delivery of a number of different National programs.
